DESCRIPTION

BINA N.S. GROUT

BINA N.S. GROUT is an expanding non-ferrous grout. It consists of dry premixed blend of graded Portland cement, siliceous aggregate with set regulating reactive chemical agents and microfume inorganic matters.

CHARACTERISTICS & ADVANTAGES
  • Controlled expansion, ensuring positive surface contact
  • No corrosive effect caused by metallic residue
  • No rusting or staining on exposed edges
  • Premixed, only require the addition of water
  • Contains no calcium chloride
APPLICATION METHOD
  • Use mechanical mortar mixers, preferably of the paddle or revolving drum type.
  • Allow approximately 5 minutes mixing to achieve maximum results.
  • BINA N.S. GROUT should be placed within 30 minutes of mixing. During that time keep material in mixer well agitated. After 30 minutes, discard any grout mix that shows sign of stiffening.
  • Flowable mix grout may be used with low pressure cement grout equipment or by hand rodded into restrained section.
  • High points must be adequately vented to entrap air to escape.
