DESCRIPTION

BINASEAL 1000 is a formulated using a flexible synthetic resins disposed with other polymeric micro compound to penetrate into micro capillaries in concrete. It can also be used as a surface thin layer repair mortar for concrete honeycomb.

APPLICATION METHOD

  • Clean the surface.
  • Mix part A to part B in container with power stirrer until homogeneous.
  • For primer coat, add the blend with 10-20% water.
  • Before it fully dry, apply 2 kg/m2 of blend @ 2 coats. The application shall be done in a crisscross pattern between coats. Over coating is performed after each coat is dried for approx. 24 hrs.
  • Application is not possible below temperature of 5°C and on frozen surfaces.
  • The waterproofed are must be allowed to be cure for 36 hrs before backfilling or applying any foreign coatings.
