DESCRIPTION

BINA FLEXSEAL 2000 is a double component flexible polymeric cementitious waterproofing coating system speciously designed to seal off micro-porous capillaries in concrete structures. this provides a breathable membrane, which allows water vapour transmission but is impermeable to water because it has good substrate adhesion. 

Cement sand screeding panels can be laid over as protective slab at roof slab or concrete pavements.

APPLICATION METHOD

  • Clean the surface.
  • For crack and porous substrate, repair with BINA N.S. GROUT.
  • Presoak surface with water and allow no ponding while applying.
  • Apply SBR latex as primer coat before the actual application.
  • Mix part A to part B in container with power stirrer until homogenous. Do not add water or any other ingredients.
  • Apply 1st coat of 1 kg/m2 with a bristle brush, rubbing it heavily.
  • Allow 1st coat to dry usually 8 hrs then repeat the operation for 2nd coat of 1 kg/m2. The layer should be applied in a crisscross pattern.
  • Always apply BINA FLEXSEAL 2000 the positive such of the structure in where hydrostatic pressure.
